DC333 Testing
DC333 has passed many tests to prove its superior fire resistant abilities

UL 723 Listed (Underwriters Laboratory)
UL 723 Listed (Underwriters Laboratory) This test is used as a means of measuring flame spread and smoke over a horizontal surface, resulting in either a class A, B or C rating. Fireproof Paint is a Class A which is the best rating available for a fire retardant paint. Our manufacturing facility is inspected by Underwriters Laboratory (UL) quarterly to insure consistent manufacturing and performance standards.

ASTME 84-05 meets UL 723 (Underwriters Laboratory)
This test is used as a means of measuring flame spread and smoke over a horizontal surface, resulting in either a class A, B or C rating. Fireproof Paint is a Class A which is the best rating available for a Fire Retardant.

NFPA 286 meets UL 1715 (Underwriters Laboratory)
NFPA 286: Meets UL 1715 (Underwriters Laboratory) A method for determining how interior finish materials, like paints, affect the growth of a fire in a room. It is used to evaluate the flammability characteristics of wall and ceiling interior finishes, including flashover. Flashover occurs when a fire reaches a certain point where it can ignite materials many feet away from where the fire started. Fireproof Paint passed with no flashover.

UBC 26-2
This test is the method for evaluation of thermal barriers. A thermal barrier prevents heat and fire from passing through a wall or door. This tests a product's ability to slow the temperature rise during fire situations. Fireproof Paint passed with exceptional results.

ASTME 119 One Hour and Two Hour Burn Tests meet UL 263 (Underwriters Laboratory)
This test measures the ability of wall systems to stop flame or hot gases from penetrating or destroying a wall for (1 and 2 hours). Temperature of 1770°F, gas fueled flames blast directly on the wall for 1 or 2 hours. What makes Fireproof Paint so impressive is that our coating reflects the heat away from the wall keeping the temperature of the wall in a safe range and the wall is kept structurally intact and in sound condition. Fireproof Paint Passed with No Damage to the Wall after one Hour.

VOC
(VOC) Weck Laboratories Inc. Results 56.0 g/L according to AQMD Specifications

(CNS) Chinese National Standard Ultra Trace & Industrial Safety Hygiene (VOC) (NO. UE/2005/50009). Test result is lower than detection limit values

ASTM D 5590 Black Mold
ASTMD 5590: Black Mold The testing was conducted by Accugen Laboratories Inc. is FDA registered, an AIHA accredited laboratory, and conformed to guidelines defined by the American Society for Testing and Materials in ASTM D 5590, “Standard Test Method for Determining the Resistance of Paint Films and Related Coatings to Fungal Defacement by Accelerated Four-Week Agar Plate Assay”. Fireproof Paint Has Zero Mold growth.
